Heritage Home Designs is a proud Wake Forest, North Carolina-based home design company specializing in creating affordable, ready-to-build home plans with a focus on efficiency and quick turnaround times.
Plan modifications add custom touches that may better fit your needs. We want our plans to provide you with a home that you or your client will love for years to come.
Select a home plan. Each plan’s page has a Modification Form Request.
Prior to purchase, complete a Modifications Request Form and provide a detailed description of the modifications you desire.
Within one-two business days, our designer will review your request, advise where necessary and email you a free quote with an estimated timeline.
Once you have approved the modification quote, you will then purchase the plan and we will get busy designing the perfect home plan for you.
